Charlotte Sound & Visual Systems was started by father and son - Jim and John La Roach - and has been a family owned and operated company since 1980. The company is now run by brothers John and David La Roach, and encompasses three generations with Jim’s grandson, Jeffrey, in installations. Since the 1980’s we have perfected methods of designing and installing sound, security, audio visual presentation, and CCTV. Our highly knowledgeable and experienced staff sets us apart from our competition and allows us to guide you through initial concept, system design, integration, and support. With our certified staff, we will expertly manage all aspects of the “AV” process to deliver you a superior end product.
We are currently members of:
- The National Systems Contractors Association (NSCA)
- Associated General Contractors Association of the Carolinas
- Certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) with the City of Charlotte
We are also currently licensed:
- Licensed and Bonded in North and South Carolina for Sound and Security Installations
- We hold Low Voltage Electrical Licenses (SP-LV) in North and South Carolina
- We hold Burglar Alarm Security Licenses in North and South Carolina
